Nicole Tepper is a respected sports executive, philanthropist, and community leader whose influence extends across professional athletics, education, healthcare, and community resilience initiatives throughout the Carolinas and beyond. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to leadership, service, and institutions that create lasting social impact.

As Chief Administrative Officer of Tepper Sports & Entertainment, Tepper plays an integral role in the organization’s executive leadership. She is closely involved in strategic planning, organizational culture, and operational oversight, helping guide TSE’s long-term growth while championing inclusivity, professionalism, and community engagement. Her leadership helps align TSE’s business objectives with meaningful outreach efforts across the Carolinas.

Tepper serves on the board of Atrium Health Foundation, where she supports governance and strategic decision-making for one of the largest healthcare, medical research and education, and community health nonprofits in the Southeast. She also serves on the board of The Charlotte Sports Foundation, helping to strengthen the region’s sports economy and advance Charlotte’s reputation as a premier destination for major sporting events.

Education is a cornerstone of Tepper’s philanthropic vision. Alongside her husband, she has made major gifts to advance education and create academic opportunity, including the naming of The David and Nicole Tepper Department of Sport and Entertainment Management and the Tepper Scholars program at the University of South Carolina. The Teppers’ support reflects a deep belief in education as a pathway to leadership, opportunity, and economic mobility, with an emphasis on preparing students to make meaningful advancements in their chosen fields.

Nicole Tepper and her husband cofounded The David & Nicole Tepper Foundation (DNTF) in 2020, dedicated to improving lives and strengthening communities. Core pillars of the foundation include food insecurity, basic needs, education, and disaster relief. Through targeted grants and partnerships, the foundation addresses immediate needs such as hunger relief and emergency response when disaster strikes, while also investing in long-term solutions that build resilience in underserved and crisis-affected communities throughout the Carolinas and beyond.

Raised in New Jersey in a home that valued helping others, Tepper remains deeply devoted to her family and to her roles as a loving wife and proud mother and stepmother.
